Interest rates for 10-year fixed rates have increased in the last weeks to the low- to upper-7% range. Five year fixed rates are 25-50 bps lower. Some of our lenders have as short as 3 years fixed rates and as long as 20 years. The question remains UNDERWRITING . . .
